SHIPPING POLICY:

While we work diligently to prepare our handmade goodies, please allow us up to 6 business days for the processing of your order before it is shipped; even when selecting our express shipping. Our business days are Monday-Friday and do not include weekends or holidays. Please not that our products are made to order to ensure freshness upon arrival!

TRACKING:

​Tracking numbers will be updated up to 48hrs after your initial order has been shipped. If you have any issues with your tracking number, please contact Hello@shopeverythingsole.com

SHIPPING OPTIONS:

Our shipping times vary upon the shipping options selected at checkout. We provide standard, economy and express shipping to make your shipping experience more enjoyable.
 

Our typical processing time is 2-5 business days for our skincare but can be 5-7 as our rolling trays, ashtrays etc are made to order.

 

DISCLAIMER:

Our whipped body butters are all-natural; therefore they stand the chance of melting during transit in warmer climates. If the product has melted or is soft, don't worry we have a solution! A melted product is still a good product.. we promise.

​In case of melting allow the butters to solidify in colder temperatures for no more than 20 minutes and voila! But if you are still looking for the whipped consistency, scoop the product out and mix it in a mixer for 5-10 minutes. Once done scoop back into the jar and it's good as new!
